Professional Services Terms

Effective: March 27, 2023

Your purchase of Professional Services is subject to and governed by these Professional Services Terms and Our Terms of Service, as separately included as part of the ordering process. All capitalized terms not described in these Professional Services Terms have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

For each Professional Service credit that You purchase, You shall receive up to one (1) hour of time with one of Our technical team members in connection with receiving the services described below (“Professional Services”).

During the Professional Services credit hours that You purchase, one of Our technical team members will be generally available at Your request to provide You with technical support, training, and general guidance in connection with Your using and configuring the OVHcloud Services. For the avoidance of doubt, Our technical team members will not provide the actual configuration services about which You may inquire. Instead, the designated technical team member will provide guidance and best practices and may, at Your request, view Your screen and assist during Your configuration efforts (no “hands on keyboard” services are provided as part of Professional Services). You are responsible for ensuring that Our personnel providing the Professional Services are authorized to view any material that You may share with Us as part of Your Professional Services requests.

You may request Professional Services using the methods identified by Us from time-to-time. Professional Services are available during Our standard working hours.

We will perform the Professional Services remotely using Our personnel and the personnel of Our affiliates and subcontractors, located in the European Union, India, and the United States.

Any issues associated with the performance and/or the availability of Our OVHcloud Services should be reported to Us as a Support Services issue and not as a request for Professional Services.

Professional Services not used within one year of purchase shall expire and may not be re-scheduled in a subsequent period or redeemed for cash or credit.
