Jeffrey Gregor - General Manager
Jeffrey Gregor is the General Manager of OVHcloud US and the President of the Board of Managers of OVH US LLC. He has been with the company since March 2017, and previously served as a commissioned officer in the US Navy for 20 years. Gregor holds several degrees, including a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Jen Davis - Sr. Director, Customer & Business Operations
Jennifer Davis is the Senior Director of Support and Business Accounts at OVHcloud US. She joined in 2017 to lead support enablement and customer experience and currently oversees the global customer support operations. In her current role, Jennifer excels at finding scalability in growth, driving operational excellence, and being the customer advocate in business decisions. Prior to OVHcloud, she held roles in Call Center management, project and program marketing management and M&A.
Kia Chalmers - Sr. Human Resources Director
Kia Chalmers is a seasoned human resources leader with nearly two decades of experience building people strategies that drive business results. As Senior Human Resources Director at OVHcloud, Kia leads HR initiatives supporting the company's US operations, bringing deep expertise in employee relations, policy development, manager coaching, and benefits administration. Throughout her career, Kia has held senior HR leadership roles across a range of industries — from health-tech to nonprofit human services. Kia holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University. She also holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace.
Suzanne Law Marisa - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Suzanne Law Marisa is General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at OVHcloud US. She joined OVHcloud in 2017 as its first General Counsel, bringing experience as both in-house and outside counsel across multiple industries. Suzanne holds a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland. She is also a graduate of Wharton’s Executive Global C-Suite Program and the ACC Leadership Academy and holds a CIPP-US certification.
Lindsay Khalid - Vice President, Finance and Accounting
Lindsay Khalid is the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at OVHcloud US, where she brings a strategic approach to financial management and leadership. Since joining the company in 2021, she has used her experience to strengthen financial operations across the company. Prior to OVHcloud, Lindsay was an auditor for the U.S. Department of Defense and has over 15 years’ experience working for several technology companies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Spanish from Grove City College.
Pascal Jaillon - Sr. Vice President, Product
Pascal Jaillon is Senior Vice President of Product at OVHcloud US, responsible for leading the company’s product strategy. As the first U.S. employee in 2015, he played a key role in launching and expanding OVHcloud's presence in the U.S., including the deployment of its first data centers. Pascal holds a Master’s degree in computer science from the Institute National Polytechnic of Grenoble, France, and completed three years of doctoral studies in computer vision and 3D modeling.
Nishant Kapoor - Sr. Director, Data Center & Network Operations
Nishant Kapoor is the Senior Director of Data Center & Network Operations at OVHcloud US. He joined the company in 2017 through the VMware vCloud Air acquisition and has since led the infrastructure strategy across U.S. regions. With over a decade of experience, he focuses on ensuring high network performance, scalability, and operational efficiency. Nishant’s background in IT and finance gives him a well-rounded perspective across both technical and business domains.
Megan Yunker - Sr. Director, Marketing
Megan Yunker is the Senior Director of Marketing at OVHcloud US, where she leads the company's marketing strategy and execution. Since joining the company in 2025, she has overseen demand generation, brand and integrated marketing, marketing operations, and web and digital strategy. Megan brings extensive experience building go-to-market and demand generation engines, account-based marketing programs, and high-performing teams across B2B SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS businesses, including highly regulated industries. She holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
Josh Ward - Sr. Director, Sales
Josh Ward is the Senior Director of Sales at OVHcloud US, where he leads the company's go-to-market strategy and is responsible for building and scaling the US sales organization. Since joining OVHcloud in 2025, Josh has focused on driving new logo acquisition, expanding the company's partner ecosystem, and growing revenue across bare metal, public cloud, and hosted private cloud solutions. He brings over a decade of experience in infrastructure sales leadership, with a track record of building high-performance teams and developing partner programs across the mid-market and enterprise segments. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Texas State University.
Gwendoline Rotrou - Director, Internal Infrastructure
Gwendoline Rotrou is the Director of Internal Infrastructure at OVHcloud, where she brings a technical and strategic approach to infrastructure design and leadership. Since joining the company in 2015, she has leveraged her expertise to build and strengthen internal infrastructure operations across the organization. With over 11 years of experience in creating and designing software and infrastructure, Gwendoline has developed a deep understanding of the technical challenges that drive modern cloud environments. She holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Centrale Lille (France), department IG2I.
Quinn Andrews - Chief of Staff
Quinn Andrews is the Chief of Staff at OVHcloud US. Since joining OVHcloud, he has supported executive leadership across strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional initiatives. He brings extensive experience in cloud technology, program management, and technical operations, including prior experience with hyperscalers. Quinn has led initiatives across infrastructure, cloud services, PMO, and enterprise operations, with a focus on improving organizational efficiency and execution. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida A&M University (FAMU) and an MBA from Southern University, as well as multiple industry certifications in cloud and identity security.
