As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities worldwide, OVHcloud is committed to doing what’s best for our customers, our employees, and the public. Based on the guidelines issued by governing healthcare authorities, our company is managing local situations on a case-by-case basis throughout the regions we serve.
Ensuring service continuity
Our top priority is to ensure high-quality operational service, which is essential to support our customers’ business. For this reason, we have identified critical operations and deployed business continuity plans to help keep our employees healthy and safe, while maintaining continuity of services for our customers.
We have reinforced our sanitary measures to reduce our data center operators' risk of exposure to the virus and have reviewed our production team's shifts to minimize interactions. In addition, our office teams, including our customer support, are working remotely until further notice.
All data center and server maintenance operations will be carried out as usual. Our infrastructure is able to absorb 20Tbps of bandwidth, and for this reason, we do not believe that this crisis will impact the quality of service we offer you. We are working closely with our suppliers and do not anticipate any major issues in the near future that would impact our ability to deliver servers. Since the situation is constantly changing, we will keep you informed of any developments.
