Automation

OVHcloud monitors the host's heartbeat. If a consistent heartbeat is not present on the A side or the B side, an additional host is automatically deployed, allowing the cluster to cool off and recalibrate. Automation is unique to OVHcloud. There is no need to sign a special support contract to get this service. The OVHcloud objective is to keep your clusters and business up and running.

Mix and Match Storage Options

OVHcloud’s relationship with VMware started long before VMware developed vSAN. As a result, OVHcloud users can mix and match vSAN hosts and non-vSAN hosts or attach NFS datastores to vSAN hosts to add more storage without adding more compute. vRealize Operations (vROps)
